School Bus Transportation
All Transportation Information will be distributed through the StopFinder App
Questions? Contact our Transportation Department (585) 396-3740The Canandaigua City School District is excited to announce that it is launching the parent/guardian app called Stopfinder that will allow parents and guardians to accurately track their children's school bus in real-time. The easy-to-use app is secured so only authorized users will have access to the school bus information.
Stopfinder, created by Transfinder, is free to parents and guardians and allows users to customize when they receive alerts about their students' bus location. The district can target communications to specific regions that may only be relevant to that area. For example, if a road is closed and a bus will be late, only parents/guardians of students impacted will be contacted. This software will be used for routes to and from school.
The district will be sending a login information through email to the email address the district has for communications. This email will come from Seth Clearman. We are encouraging parents and guardians who have students that ride the bus to sign up for the Stopfinder app. For more information, please visit Stopfinder.com.

As we have had in the past few years, all students enrolled in any of the schools in the Canandaigua City School District now receive FREE breakfast and lunch, regardless of their household income. This has been made possible through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), part of the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program.
Thanks to the Community Eligibility Provision, families DO NOT need to complete a free & reduced-price meal application to receive this benefit. We ask families to complete the electronic House Hold Income Form to determine eligibility for other state and national benefit programs available to the school and individuals.
