Transcripts

A high school transcript contains your final grades for grades 9–12, graduation date, and any SAT and ACT scores that were reported to the school. It does not include AP exam scores.

To request a transcript from Canandaigua Academy, or to have your transcript sent to a college, employer, or other institution, please email Jennifer Miller at millerj1@canandaiguaschools.org.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your name as it was when you attended Canandaigua Academy (including any maiden or former name, if applicable)
• The year you graduated (or the last year you attended, if you did not graduate)
• The email address or mailing address where you would like your transcript sent
