When does ASH meet?
For students at the Academy, ASH meets from 6:45 am to 7:25 am OR from 2:35-3:15 pm. For middle schools students ASH meets from 2:35-3:15 pm. Students who are in ASH are required to attend Monday through Thursday.
Can a student work with a teacher after school?
Student reports to the assigned room first and then can go to work with a teacher.
What happens if a student does not attend ASH?
If the student does not attend that day, they cannot participate in the practice/ activity/ game the next day. If a student does not attend on a Thursday, they cannot participate in activities throughout the weekend.
After a student completes their blue sheet, where is it turned in?
Blue check in sheets need to be returned to Mr. Lord at CMS or Mrs. Fisher (Academy Counseling Center, CA) by noon on the Friday of the first week of the ASH cycle. Blue sheets are only required for the first week of each cycle.
If a student cannot play, what is expected?
When a student is not eligible to participate, they are expected to attend practice or the game or the event. They are not able to participate in warm ups or any activities during the event.
Do students need to attend ASH on days there is no practice or games?
Students need to attend Monday through Thursday each week they are in ASH, even when they do not have practice or a game. Late buses are available.

What activities fall under these requirements?
The extra-curricular activities that fall under these rules are all sports teams, the fall play, the CMS musical, the Academy musical, and the robotics team.
