Mr. Brian Amesbury

Mr. Amesbury is the principal for the elementary school, grades 3-5. Previously he was the principal for the K-5 complex and the assistant principal for UPK, Kindergarten, and 1st grade. Prior to working at the Canandaigua City School District, Mr. Amesbury was a 4th grade teacher at Gates Chili. Mr. Amesbury is the Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) Coordinator for the Primary-Elementary School.

lindsay lazenby

Asst. Principal

Ms. Lindsay Lazenby

Ms. Lazenby is a recent addition to the Primary-Elementary School for the 2017-2018 school year. She spent the previous 3.5 years as an Assistant Principal at Palmyra-Macedon Middle School. Ms. Lazenby holds a Master's of Science in Education from SUNY Brockport and a Certificate of Advance Study in Administration from the University of Rochester. Prior to beginning administrative duties, Ms. Lazenby taught 6th grade for 10 years in Geneva City Schools. Her first teaching assignment after graduating from the University of Georgia was in Taiwan.

justine olszewski

Mrs. Justine Olszewski

Mrs. Olszewski is an Assistant Principal at the Primary and Elementary Schools. She has been a special education teacher for primary-elementary students in Canandaigua and Wilmington, Delaware, and has taught secondary Spanish in Killeen, TX. Mrs. Olszewski graduated from Wells College with a B.A. in Spanish and Education, and earned her M.Ed. from the University of Texas at Austin in Learning Disabilities and Behavior Disorders. She most recently received her administrative certificate from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
